Registration is only available via the online registration form. When you submit your registration you will immediately receive an acknowledgement email advising you of your registration reference number after successful submission. Online registrations can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted via PayPal). Alternatively you can arrange payment via electronic funds transfer. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Cancellations received in writing to the Congress Organisers’ 45 days prior to the Congress commencement date will receive a refund less a processing fee of $120 including GST. No refund will be given after this date; however, a delegate substitution may be permitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Congress Organisers.
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Cancer Nurses Society of Australia and Chilli Fox Events accept no responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegate.
The Congress program and registration information is correct at the time of publication. However, the Organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.
During your attendance at the CNSA 2013 Winter Congress, your image or voice may be recorded via video, photography or by any other means (“recorded”) by an official representative of the CNSA, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the CNSA. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the CNSA.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Delegates are strongly advised to take out their own travel and medical insurance. The Organisers will not take responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
