Welcome Reception Date: Thursday 25 July 2013 Venue: Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, Plaza Foyer (within the industry exhibition) Time: 5.00pm – 7.00pm Dress: Smart Casual Cost: Included in full registration for delegates and exhibitors. Additional Welcome Reception tickets - $50pp Following on from a full day of pre-congress workshops, the welcome reception is a great opportunity for all delegates to mingle with old and new friends, view the posters and network with our industry partners. Drinks and canapés will be served.

Gala Dinner Date: Friday 26 July 2013 Venue: Rydges Hotel, Time: 7.30pm – 11.30pm Dress: Dress to impress! Cost: $100pp (partners/guests are welcome to attend) The congress dinner is an informal night for delegates to relax, enjoy some great food and wine, take in the stunning view from level 12 of Brisbane’s city skyline and be entertained by one of Brisbane’s best bands who will be sure to have the dance floor packed. Who will be crowned the 2013 dancing queen?

Farewell Drinks Date: Saturday 27 July 2013 Venue: Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre,The Plaza Gallery Time: 3.30pm – 4.30pm Dress: Smart Casual Cost: Included in full registration for delegates and exhibitors. Additional farewell tickets - $30pp Farewell drinks will be served within the Plaza Gallery which is home to some of Australia’s most famous indigenous artworks. Cheese and wine will be served.
